SINGAPORE, November 9, 2025 — As the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) marks its 10th edition from 12–14 November 2025, sustainability and inclusion have emerged as defining pillars of the next decade of financial innovation.
Under the theme “Technology Blueprint for the Next Decade of Finance,” this year’s festival — organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), and Constellar — goes beyond fintech to explore how AI, tokenisation, and quantum technologies can drive equitable access, transparency, and climate-conscious finance across emerging markets and the Global South.

Kenneth Gay, Chief FinTech Officer at MAS, said SFF 2025 will be a turning point for inclusive innovation: “This gathering provides an opportunity for the global ecosystem to share knowledge, forge meaningful partnerships, and collectively redefine how financial services are delivered globally.”
From Innovation to Inclusion
With over 800 speakers, 500 sponsors, and participants from more than 100 economies, SFF 2025 will address how financial innovation can become a force for social progress. Among the major themes are:
- AI for Inclusion: Using trusted AI frameworks to expand financial literacy and access while embedding ethics and accountability.
- Tokenisation and Digital Assets: Enabling low-cost, interoperable systems for small businesses and underbanked communities.
- Financial Inclusion: Advancing digital infrastructure to connect 1.4 billion unbanked individuals worldwide
Sopnendu Mohanty, Group CEO of GFTN, added: “The coming decade will focus on harnessing AI responsibly, scaling tokenisation safely, and preparing for a quantum-ready future that can withstand global shocks and shape the next-generation financial infrastructure that is open, trusted, and efficient.”
Spotlight on Sustainable Finance
A highlight of this year’s festival is the SME Sustainability Barometer 2025, developed by Gprnt, the sustainability disclosure platform launched by MAS, in partnership with PwC, the Singapore Business Federation, and the Sustainability Alliance
Based on a survey of 560 SMEs, the report examines how small and medium enterprises can adopt greener practices, access sustainable finance, and unlock growth opportunities in the green economy. By focusing on capacity building and digital disclosure tools, the initiative bridges a critical gap between sustainability ambition and measurable action for businesses across Asia.
Empowering the Next Generation
SFF 2025 is also introducing a Next Gen Leaders Programme to identify and empower emerging innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers shaping the future of finance and technology
The festival’s 10th Anniversary Gallery and Time Capsule will further spotlight how the industry has evolved over the past decade — and how the next one will depend on shared purpose and sustainability.
Building an Equitable Financial Ecosystem
As the festival opens its doors to participants from over 100 economies, its message is clear — the technologies that will define the next decade of finance must also serve the planet and people.
By centering sustainability and inclusion at the heart of its agenda, SFF 2025 underscores Singapore’s commitment to building financial systems that are resilient, inclusive, and climate-aligned, ensuring that innovation leaves no one behind.
